Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-10-04 · Last updated 2026-10-04 · Revision 2026-10-04.3

SmartLiveIn is operated by Conclave Technologies pvt. Limited, Hyderabad.

This notice explains information handling on SmartLiveIn’s website and its account, property, enquiry and support services. It applies to the features you use.

Your privacy at a glance

  • You provide account, property or contact information for the service you request.
  • Published listing text, photos and location information can be public and searchable.
  • An enquiry does not authorise sharing with every builder or lender.
  • Optional analytics and marketing are separate from necessary service functions.
  • Privacy requests and grievances can be emailed without signing in.

1. Information we collect and why

We collect information for the service you choose. Optional fields may be declined. Without required information, we may be unable to complete that request.

Property information may come from authorised participants or public listing sources. Supplied statements are not automatically verified. Visiting this website does not authorise access to unrelated browsing history, contacts or private messages.

Information collected, purposes and whether it is required
InformationPurposeRequired or optional
Name, email, password and account role; phone or referral code where suppliedCreate and secure an account and record a requested referral. Passwords are stored as salted hashes.Account fields required; phone and referral code optional at signup.
Property details, location, photos and supporting recordsList a property, check authority and deliver the selected service.Relevant details required for that service; unnecessary documents should not be supplied.
Contact details, requirements and enquiry messagesRespond to your enquiry and maintain its service history.Contact and relevant requirements needed to respond; unrelated details optional.
Agreements, verification results and transaction referencesManage the transaction and necessary accounting or legal records.Only where the selected transaction requires them.
Support messages and chat or voice inputProvide the assistance you request.Optional; microphone access requires browser permission.
Session identifiers, request/security metadata and permitted analytics eventsKeep services working, limit abuse and measure public-page use where enabled and accepted.Essential session/security data needed; analytics optional.

2. Listings and enquiries

Published listing descriptions, photos, prices, addresses and map locations may be visible to other people and search engines. Remove identity records, contact details and unintended disclosures from public content. Supporting identity, ownership and agreement records belong in the separate document workflow, not listing photos.

Access to private transaction records depends on the account’s relationship to the property or transaction. Tell us about unintended publication or incorrect access using the privacy contact below. A general enquiry is not permission to circulate your details to every builder, agent or lender.

3. Providers and other recipients

Vercel and Railway support the website and backend. Other configured providers support storage, communications, analytics or AI. These services receive information necessary for the function they perform. Request the provider and processing-location details relevant to your service.

Owners, tenants and other transaction participants may receive necessary information for their transaction. Independent referrals need an identified recipient, purpose and appropriate sharing choice. Account creation or interest in a property does not authorise unrelated finance referrals, financial-document collection or credit checks.

A legal obligation or specific legal claim may require limited disclosure. Relevant business transfers require assessment of purpose limits, safeguards and applicable notice duties; they do not give unrestricted permission for unrelated marketing.

4. Communications and your choices

Necessary account and service messages differ from promotions. Viewing this website or reading this policy is not marketing consent. A WhatsApp conversation does not itself authorise unrelated WhatsApp promotions.

To request withdrawal from promotional email, SMS, phone or WhatsApp communications, email the privacy contact and identify the relevant channel and enquiry or account. Use an unsubscribe option where one is provided. Optional marketing must remain separate from the service requested.

Withdrawal can affect assistance that depends on that permission. It does not erase necessary transaction records or undo earlier lawful processing. Withdrawal needs to reach relevant records and pending communications; receipt alone does not confirm completion.

5. Cookies and analytics

Browser storage supports sign-in, privacy choices and requested chat continuity. It does not store your readable account password. Local storage remains until cleared or replaced; tab storage normally ends with the tab.

Where Google Analytics is configured, the public-site banner requests a separate analytics choice before loading its tag. Accept and decline are separate options. Cookie settings in the footer reopens that choice when analytics is enabled. Refusing analytics preserves core services. Google receives permitted usage information such as page views and device information; account dashboards are excluded from this analytics integration.

Browser controls can clear stored site information. Clearing essential storage may sign you out or reset preferences. Embedded OpenStreetMap property maps contact that independent service, which receives connection information such as your IP address.

6. Chat and automated assistance

When enabled, AI assistance sends prompts and relevant conversation context to configured model providers. Browser speech services may process audio and return transcripts when you choose voice input. Recommendations can be wrong; ask for human assistance or correction through our contact channels.

Do not put passwords, OTPs, payment PINs, identity records or borrower documents into general chat. Provider retention and training terms depend on the configured service; this notice does not promise zero provider retention or model training.

7. Keeping and protecting information

Safeguards include password hashing, account and resource access checks, administrative MFA, limited private-document links and audit records. No system guarantees absolute security. Report suspected exposure without attaching secrets or other people’s exposed records.

Accounts and service records are needed while the account, enquiry or transaction remains active. Documents, support and AI records need review when their purpose ends. Accounting, security and dispute records may need longer retention under applicable law. We assess deletion across the relevant databases, files, providers and backups rather than promising immediate removal from every copy.

A justified legal hold or required record may limit deletion. Retained records should have restricted use and a supported reason. Backups may remain until their lifecycle ends. Ask for the retention criteria and deletion status applicable to your records.

8. Requests and grievances

Email admin@smartlivein.com to request information, correction, consent withdrawal, deletion or account closure, or to raise a privacy complaint. You do not need to log in to email us. Describe your request and relevant account or enquiry reference; avoid sending identity documents unless a proportionate verification method is agreed.

Before disclosing or changing records, identity or representative authority needs verification. Applicable legal recordkeeping and dispute requirements can limit deletion; statutory regulatory, consumer and court remedies remain available.

Applicable SPDI grievances retain their one-month redress period. Intermediary complaints, where those rules apply, have separate acknowledgement and resolution periods, including shorter periods for specified urgent content. Core DPDP information, correction, erasure, grievance and nomination rights are scheduled for May 2027. You may contact us about these requests now.

9. Children and international processing

Property services are intended for adults. Avoid unnecessary children’s information in family enquiries and listing photos. Parents, guardians or authorised representatives can raise concerns about incidental child information through the privacy contact.

Hosting, analytics, AI and speech services can involve processing outside India. Applicable sensitive-data transfer conditions and any sector-specific restrictions still require assessment. Independent partners and linked services have their own notices; SmartLiveIn remains responsible for its own collection and sharing.

10. Changes and contact

Published versions are preserved. Material changes need appropriate notice, and new processing needs fresh permission where required. Updates do not expand earlier permission retrospectively. Service terms and individual consent choices have separate functions.
